We are seeking an experienced Ontario education professional to provide hands-on training in both ONSIS (Ontario School Information System) and the OUAC (Ontario Universities’ Application Centre) platform.
This is a one-time, paid training engagement focused on helping our team confidently manage Ontario-specific reporting and post-secondary application processes.
Scope of work:
One-time training assignment (total of 8 hours)
Rate: $50 per hour
Training for one staff member responsible for reporting, compliance, and post-secondary processes
Equal focus on:
• ONSIS reporting, timelines, data requirements, common errors, and best practices
• OUAC processes, requirements, deadlines, and institutional responsibilitiesIdeal profile:
Strong working experience in the Ontario high school system
Ideally a current or former Vice Principal, Principal, Guidance Counsellor, or Data/Student Records Officer
Hands-on experience with both ONSIS and OUAC is essential
Strong understanding of Ontario Ministry of Education requirements
Ability to train colleagues who are new to the Ontario education context

We are seeking a part-time Kindergarten Teacher to join our team effective immediately. This position runs Monday through Friday, 1:00–5:30 p.m., totaling 22.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a teaching team to deliver engaging Kindergarten programming (Pre-K, JK, and SK) for a group of up to 24 students. We are committed to fostering an inspiring and enriching environment for both our students and staff.
Our educators are encouraged to build meaningful relationships with students, recognize individual learning styles, and support each child’s development. We place a strong emphasis on physical activity and interactive language learning as key components of our daily programming.
Kindergarten Educator Responsibilities:
Create lesson plans that respond to the students’ specific needs
Introduce interactive activities into the classroom and encourage students to use language to express their concerns and questions
Communicate with other team members as well as with parents about students’ progress and behavior
Join the rotation of teachers who assist with afternoon care procedures
Encourage creativity in students by organizing art and craft projects on a daily basis
Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom
Oversee snack time and outdoor play time
Listen carefully to parents’ requests and concerns and address them as quickly as possible
Kindergarten Educator Qualifications:
Certification as an Early Childhood Educator or Teacher for Elementary
Membership in the Ontario College of ECE or College of Teachers preferred
Strong language skills in English. German or French an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to teach within a team structure
Flexible and open minded
Ability to adapt to new situations
Familiarity with “How Learning Happens” Policy

Zum Schuljahr 2026–2027 suchen wir eine vollausgebildete Deutschlehrkraft (Vollzeit, 27 Unterrichtsstunden) mit Unterrichtserfahrung in der Primar- und Sekundarstufe sowie ausgewiesener Expertise in DAF/DAZ/DFU. Sie übernehmen die fachliche Koordination des Fachbereichs Deutsch sowie der Bereiche DAF/DAZ/DFU und verantworten die Einführung und Umsetzung unseres schulinternen DeutschPlus-Konzepts. Neben einem hohen Anteil an DeutschPlus-Unterrichtsstunden koordinieren Sie das Gesamtprogramm, beraten Kollegium und Eltern und tragen aktiv zur Qualitätsentwicklung der Schule bei. We offer unpaid internships in our elementary and secondary grades as well as in kindergarten. Internships ideally last five months, including holidays and school breaks. We kindly ask you to refrain from applying for internships lasting shorter than three months.
Internships in our elementary and secondary school programs are limited to students who are enrolled at a university in a teacher education program at the time of the internship.
2025/2026 school year: Please note that we no longer have any available spots.
2026/2027 school year: We still have internship placements available in Secondary School and our Administration for the second term, as well as in Kindergarten for both the first and second term.
School Year and Breaks
Our school year runs from September to June. The first term begins on the first weekday of September (the day after Labour Day) and lasts until the end of January. The second term runs from February to the last weekday of June. We have one week of fall break, two weeks of Christmas break, and two weeks of March break. We do not offer any internships during our summer break.Office Internships
We offer unpaid office internships in the departments of office administration, finances, and marketing.Expectations
Interns are expected to be present during school hours (Mon-Fri, 7:45 am - 1:15 pm) with a minimum of 20 school periods per week.
